The flush is not the finish. Some systems get filled with something other than water.
On a growing number of data center projects, especially high-density and liquid-cooled facilities, the cooling loop specification does not end at a clean flush. Some hyperscale and AI data center specifications require the system to be flushed, chemically cleaned, and then charged with a glycol solution or a manufacturer-specified heat-transfer fluid such as a DOWTHERM or THERMINOL product instead of treated water.

That specification changes the job. The flush and the fill have to be planned as one sequence, because residual flush water left in low points and dead legs ends up in the fluid charge, and fluid that arrives before the system is ready sits on site with nowhere to go. Cleanhydronics plans and executes both as a single scope.
When the flush and the fill are bought separately, the gap between them is where schedules die. The flushing vendor leaves, the fluid arrives, and nobody owns the condition of the system in between. Keeping both under one scope means one party owns system readiness from first water to final charge, and one closeout package covers the whole sequence.

What we do
Plan the fill during preconstruction
System volume by loop, fluid quantity, delivery scheduling, staging area, containment, and transfer equipment.
Verify the system is ready
Flush and cleaning accepted, residual water addressed, and the loop closed up per the fill procedure.
Receive and stage the fluid
Lot and batch traceability from the delivery ticket forward, with staging and containment planned before the truck arrives.
Transfer, fill and charge
Following the fluid manufacturer's and equipment manufacturer's procedures for the specified product.
Circulate and verify
Concentration checked at multiple points across the loop, not just at the fill connection. Sampling support with chain-of-custody handling to the designated laboratory where the specification requires it.
Hand over the record
Receiving documents, volume reconciliation against the calculated system volume, concentration readings, circulation records, and the turnover package your commissioning agent expects.
Who picks the fluid
Not us, and that is deliberate. Fluid selection belongs to the project specification, the system design, the equipment manufacturer, material compatibility, the fluid manufacturer, and the responsible engineer. Cleanhydronics executes the specified fill and documents it.
We coordinate directly with the fluid manufacturer or their authorized supplier, the mechanical contractor, the engineer, and the water-treatment specialist so the fill happens once, correctly, on schedule.
