Bring Cleanhydronics into the project while the scope is still being defined. We help estimators establish a workable flushing allowance, help project managers develop the execution plan, and provide the temporary equipment, field services, verification and documentation required for turnover.
Five stages, one point of responsibility
We review scope, drawings, specifications, schedules and available take-offs — identifying system boundaries, pipe sizes, temporary connection needs, project constraints and quantity assumptions.
We estimate system water volume, chemical-cleaning requirements, filtration needs and expected wastewater. For water treatment, we coordinate quantities and product requirements with the selected specialist. When drawings or take-offs are incomplete, assumptions are clearly labeled so your budget stands up to review.
We develop the proposed sequence, target flow conditions, temporary equipment plan, separate chemical-cleaning requirements, the specialist's water-treatment plan, waste handling and coordination points for contractor and engineer approval.
We mobilize temporary pumps, tanks, hoses, filtration and technicians; execute the awarded flushing and chemical-cleaning scopes and, when included, perform water-treatment field work to the specialist provider's approved plan; documenting field progress and exceptions as we go.
We compile measured results, test information, completion status and agreed documentation into an organized package for contractor turnover — ready for the commissioning agent, engineer and owner.
Who provides what
Exact boundaries vary by project and are confirmed in the proposal, but the normal model looks like this:
Mechanical Contractor
System access, permanent-system readiness, approved tie-in points, valve and controls coordination, and project authority.
Cleanhydronics
The agreed planning, temporary pumping and filtration, chemical-cleaning services, specialty technicians and documentation. For water treatment: the on-site receiving and handling, dosing, circulation, sampling support, field readings and execution required by the approved specialist plan.
Water-Treatment Specialist
A qualified provider — such as Chem-Aqua, Nalco Water, or the contractor's or owner's approved firm — reviews the system requirements, recommends and supplies the treatment chemicals, and establishes product, concentration, testing and acceptance requirements. The engineer and commissioning team confirm specifications, acceptance and turnover documentation.
